While we are an independent church, we recognize how important it is to have relationships, encouragement, and accountability from other churches. From the beginning of Creekside we’ve had partnerships that have provided us these things. Below are some of the other churches we consider as sister churches:
The mission of the Crossway Chapel movement is to plant and support healthy, reproducing churches and regional networks of churches throughout the world for the glory of God.
This is accomplished through:
- Sharing resources, experience, and gifted individuals
- Identifying and training church planting leaders and teams
- Providing ongoing support and training for pastors and pastors in training
- Providing funding for church plants, individuals, strategic projects, and facilities
Petersburg Bible Church has been with us since Creekside began as a source of encouragement, accountability and counsel. If you are ever up in Petersburg, Alaska, make sure to look them up!
Our partnership with Lamachaur Church is a multi-faceted ministry partnership. We seek to come along side them and support the work that they are doing through a variety of ways. We support a church planter, we leadership training, we have partnered with them to send poor and orphaned children to school, and in January of 2011 we sent a dental team there to support the church plants by demonstrating the love of Jesus in a tangible way. If you’d like to know more, let us know! This partnership has grown out of our relationship with Kishwaukee Bible Church who partners with us in the scholarship program.
